    PizzaMaster, the Official Preferred Commercial Pizza Oven of the World Pizza Champions Team, to Exhibit at the 2023 International Pizza Expo

    (WHEELING, IL) – PizzaMaster electric deck ovens will be joined by the World Pizza ChampionsTM at the International Pizza Expo and Conference from March 28-30, 2023. Stop by booth #2935 to learn more about the versatility, capacity, and efficiency of PizzaMaster electric deck ovens, recently named the official Preferred Commercial Pizza Oven of the World Pizza Champions team. Lee Hunzinger and some of his fellow WPC team members will showcase the PizzaMaster oven’s unique features.


    Lee will not only be showcasing his signature Detroit Style; as an expert pizza consultant, he will also demonstrate using a versatile dough recipe capable of making a variety of styles. WPC pizzaiolo Anthony Desousa, owner of Antonio’s Real New York Pizza, in Estes Park, CO, will be showing off his skills with a 26-inch New York-style pie. WPC pizzaiolo Derek Sanchez, 3-time World Pizza Champion and owner of Mia Marco’s, will demonstrate the artisan style pizza that won him the Caputo cup. There will also be other amazing chefs and special guests throughout the three days, so be sure to stop by the booth multiple times during the conference.


    Other than booth #2935, PizzaMaster ovens will also be featured at the International Pizza Challenge, where pizzaiolos from across the world will compete for awards in four divisions: Traditional, Non-Traditional,  Pan, and Neapolitan/STG. “The pizza bake-off will showcase 200 of the world’s best pizza makers. The winners of each division will face off against each other in a mystery-ingredient bake-off to determine who will be named the 2023 Pizza Maker of the Year.”


    The oven will also be in the Tony G Demo area where Tony will be presenting the Keynote and other educational seminars. Other WPC team members including Nicole Bean, Laura Meyer, Lee Hunzinger, John Arena, Mike Bausch, Nick Bogacz , Jeff Smokevitch, Scott Anthony, and Sammy Mandel will also be holding classes and demonstrations in that area on everything from operational process to a dough making masterclass.
