- Stainless steel bowl, two-speed digital controls with manual back-up. Reversible bowl. Supplied on casters for easy movement around bakery and cleaning. Leveling pads hold unit in place when mixing. Solid, dust free bowl cover.
- Mixes up to 250 pounds of flour per batch
- Two-speed mixer with two digital timers and shifts from low to high speeds automatically
- Independent motors allow for reversing the bowl against the hook in low speed
- User-friendly, easy to clean, and operate control panel
